Common use of Waiver and Delay Clause in Contracts

Waiver and Delay. No delay or omission by any party in enforcing any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement will be construed as a waiver thereof, and no waiver of any conditions, breach or default will be construed or determined to be a waiver of any other or subsequent conditions, breach or default or a bar to the enforcement of such terms and conditions on any future occasion.
