Common use of Waiver and Delay Clause in Contracts

Waiver and Delay. No delay or omission by either party in enforcing any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement shall be construed as or constitute a waiver thereof or bar thereto, and no waiver of any breach hereunder shall be construed as or constitute a waiver of any other or subsequent breach or a bar to the enforcement of such terms or conditions on any future occasion.

Waiver and Delay.
