Common use of Waiver and Estoppel Clause in Contracts

Waiver and Estoppel. Either Party's failure at any time to enforce any of the provisions of this Agreement or any right with respect thereto, or to exercise any option herein provided, will in no way be construed to be a waiver of such provisions, rights, or options or in any way to affect the validity or enforcement of this Agreement. The exercise by either Party of any right or options under the terms or covenants herein shall not preclude or prejudice the exercising thereafter of the same or any other right under this Agreement.
