Waiver and Invocation of the Conditions. 1. Bidco reserves the right to waive, in whole or in part, all or any of the Conditions set out in Part A of Appendix 1 above, except for Conditions (2)(a)(i), (2)(b)(i) and (2)(c)(i) which cannot be waived. The Offer will be subject to the satisfaction (or waiver, if permitted) of the Conditions set out in this Appendix 1, and to the full terms and conditions which will be set out in the Scheme Document.
