Waiver by Construction Manager. The acceptance of final payment by Construction Manager will constitute payment in full of the contract sum and a waiver of all claims by Construction Manager except those previously made in writing, in accordance with the Contract Documents and identified by Construction Manager in writing as unsettled at the time of the final invoice.
