Waiver; Cumulative Rights. The failure or delay of the Lender to require performance by the Borrower of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect its right to require performance of such provision unless and until such performance has been waived in writing by the Lender in accordance with the terms hereof. Each and every right granted to the Lender hereunder or under any other document or instrument delivered hereunder or in connection herewith, or allowed to it at law shall be cumulative and may be exercised in part or in whole from time to time.
