Waiver; Determination of Satisfaction of Conditions. The Buyer may waive all or any of the conditions set forth in Section 8.3, the Seller may waive all or any of the conditions set forth in Section 8.2, but neither the Buyer nor the Seller may waive the conditions set forth in Section 8.1 without the prior written consent of the other party.
