WAIVER, INDEMNITY AND RELEASE. In consideration of the YMCA allowing me or my child to participate in YMCA Programs or otherwise use YMCA facilities, I hereby agree to waive any and all claims that I or my child have against the YMCA (including its, administrators, agents, board members, officers, employees, volunteers, successors, and assigns and Town of Collingwood) (collectively “the Releasees”) and to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expense or injury (including, but not limited to, property damage or loss, death, physical and mental injury, disability, disease, virus, infection or any form of infectious/contagious/communicable disease) that I, my child or any third party may suffer arising from, or in relation to, my and my child’s attendance at the YMCA, or use of the YMCA premises/equipment or partici- pation in YMCA activities, due to or arising from negligence, breach of contract, breach of any statu- tory duty or other duty of care, including any duty of care owed under the Occupiers Liability Act on the part of the Releasees or failure to protect me and my child from the inherent or latent dangers of participating in the YMCA programs, provided that the Releasees shall not be released from any lia- bility due to or arising from the gross negligence, intentional torts or recklessness of any of the Re- leasees.
WAIVER, INDEMNITY AND RELEASE. Agreement I grant to Ace Trades and Technical Institute and its representatives the right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, broadcast and distribute and create derivative works of these images and recording in any media now, known or later developed as well as my name for promoting, publicizing or explaining and its activities and for administrative, educational or research purposes. I acknowledge that Ace Trades and Technical Institute owns all rights to the images and recordings. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the images or recordings or of any written copy. I further waive all moral rights. I also waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising form or related to the use of the images, recordings or materials. I hereby release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Ace Trades and Technical Institute, employees or agents from and against any claims, damages or liability arising from or related to the use of the images, recordings or materials, including but not limited to claims of defamation, invasion or privacy, or right of publicity or copyright infringement, or any misuses, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion or use in composite form that may occur or be produced in taking, processing, reduction or production of the finished product, its publication or distribution.

In consideration of UCM allowing me (or my child/xxxx, if participant is a minor) to participate in activities on the UCM premises, I hereby agree to waive any and all claims, causes of action, suits or demands that I (or my child/xxxx, if participant is a minor) have or may have against UCM (including its administrators, agents, representatives, board members, officers, employees, volunteers, successors and assigns) (collectively “the Releasees”) and to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all liability for any COVID-19 related loss, damage, expense or injury (including, but not limited to, death, physical and/ or mental injury, disability, disease, virus, infection or any form of infectious/contagious/ communicable disease) that I (or my child/xxxx, if participant is a minor) or any third party may suffer arising from, or in relation to, my (or my child/xxxx, if participant is a minor) participation in activities on the UCM premises, due to or arising from negligence, breach of contract, breach of any statutory duty or any other duty of care on the part of the Releasees or failure to protect me (or my child/xxxx, if participant is a minor) from the inherent or latent dangers of participating in activities on the UCM premises.
