Waiver of any Priming Rights. Upon the Effective Date, and on behalf of themselves and their estates, and for so long as any Postpetition Debt shall be outstanding, the Borrowers hereby irrevocably waive any right, pursuant to Section 364(c) and 364(d) of the Bankruptcy Code or otherwise, to grant any Lien of equal or greater priority than the Lien securing the Postpetition Debt, or to approve a claim of equal or greater priority than the Postpetition Debt except as provided in Section 1.1(g).
