Common use of Waiver of Breach of Contract Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Breach of Contract. No waiver of a breach or violation of any term or condition hereof shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or violation of the same or any other term or condition. Failure to take advantage of or to exercise any right granted hereunder shall not constitute a waiver of said right, nor shall it be construed to excuse or absolve the Cardholder and/or supplementary member(s) from complying with or fulfilling the same.
