Waiver of Exemption and Redemption. Notwithstanding anything contained in any statute now or hereafter in force limiting the right of distress, none of the Tenant’s goods or chattels in the Leased Premises at any time during the Term shall be exempt from levy by distress for Rent in arrears, and this agreement of the Tenant in this Section may be pleaded as an estoppel against the Tenant.
