Common use of Waiver of Governmental Immunity Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Governmental Immunity. The Authority and Participant agree that this Contract constitutes an agreement for the provision of goods and services and is subject to the provisions of the Subchapter I, Chapter 271, Texas Local Government Code, as amended, and any successor statute.
