Waiver of Immunity Under Industrial Insurance Act. The indemnification provisions of Sections 7.1 and 7.2 above are specifically intended to constitute a waiver of each party’s immunity under Washington’s Industrial Insurance Act, Title 51 RCW, as respects the other party only, and only to the extent necessary to provide the indemnified party with a full and complete indemnity of claims made by the indemnitor’s employees. The parties acknowledge that these provisions were specifically negotiated and agreed upon by them.
Waiver of Immunity Under Industrial Insurance Act. Lessee specifically and expressly waives any immunity that may be granted Lessee under the Washington State Industrial Insurance Act, Title 51 RCW, or its successor.   • ADDITIONAL INSURED ENDORSEMENT AND PRIMARY AND NON-CONTRIBUTORY INSURANCE CLAUSE Supplier agrees to list Sourcewell and its Participating Entities, including their officers, agents, and employees, as an additional insured under the Supplier’s commercial general liability insurance policy with respect to liability arising out of activities, “operations,” or “work” performed by or on behalf of Supplier, and products and completed operations of Supplier. The policy provision(s) or endorsement(s) must further provide that coverage is primary and not excess over or contributory with any other valid, applicable, and collectible insurance or self-insurance in force for the additional insureds.
