Waiver of Injunctive Relief. Lessor’s sole and exclusive remedy in connection with Lessee’s breach, termination or cancellation of this agreement or any term hereof, shall be an action for damages. In no event shall Lessor be entitled to enjoin, restrain or otherwise impair in any manner Lessee’s production, distribution, exhibition, exploitation, advertising, publicity or promotion of the Recordings.

Waiver of Injunctive Relief. 18.1. In the event of any breach by WPT of this Agreement or any of WPT’s obligations hereunder, the rights and remedies of PartyPoker shall be limited to the right to recover damages, if any, in an action at law, and PartyPoker hereby waives any right or remedy in equity, including without limitation the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief to enjoin, restrain or otherwise impair in any manner the production, distribution, exhibition, promotion or other exploitation of the television series and/or Episodes produced in connection with this Agreement or any parts or elements thereof.
Waiver of Injunctive Relief. I hereby waive all claims to any equitable remedy, including, but not limited to, injunctive relief, against Company and/or any project produced by Company. As such, I hereby acknowledge that my sole recourse for claimed injuries arising out of this Agreement shall be to seek monetary damages.

As between Cinergi and BVI, Cinergi hereby waives any right to injunctive relief or rescission of rights, and hereby agrees that Cinergi's sole and exclusive remedy in the event of any breach or alleged breach of this Agreement by BVI and/or its parent and/or subsidiaries of its parent shall be solely an action for damages; provided, however, that the terms of this Paragraph 13. are subject to the terms of the Interparty Agreement and/or Intercreditor Agreement.

DPI hereby irrevocably waives any right to injunctive relief or right of rescission, and hereby agrees that DPI’s sole and exclusive remedy in the event of any breach or alleged breach, termination, or cancellation of this Agreement by DLR shall be an action for damages. DPI understands and agrees that DPI’s Services are unique and that DLR may suffer irreparable harm in the event that DPI fails to comply with any of DPI’s obligations under this Agreement, and that monetary damages in such event would be substantial and inadequate to compensate DLR. Consequently, DPI agrees that in such event DLR shall be entitled, in addition to such monetary relief as may be recoverable by law, to such temporary, preliminary and/or permanent injunctive or other equitable relief as may be necessary to restrain any threatened, continuing or further breach by DPI, without showing or proving any actual damages sustained by DLR, without bond.
