Common use of Waiver of Landlord’s Lien Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Landlord’s Lien. Landlord hereby waives any lien it may have, statutory or otherwise, on any of Tenant's property, furniture, fixtures and equipment on the Premises during the entire term of this Lease, and Landlord agrees to execute any written instrument confirming such waiver as may be requested by Tenant or Tenant's lender.
