Notices, Affidavits, Etc. Tenant shall immediately (a) notify Landlord of (i) any violation by Tenant, its employees, agents, representatives, customers, invitees or contractors of any Environmental Laws on, under or about the Leased Premises, or (ii) the presence or suspected presence of any Hazardous Substances on, under or about the Leased Premises, and (b) deliver to Landlord any notice received by Tenant relating to (a)(i) and (a)(ii) above from any source. Tenant shall execute affidavits, representations and the like within five (5) days of Landlord's request therefor concerning Tenant's best knowledge and belief regarding the presence of any Hazardous Substances on, under or about the Leased Premises.

No notice shall be required, however, for commercially reasonable amount of ordinary office supplies and janitorial supplies.

Notices, Affidavits, Etc. Tenant shall promptly, upon becoming aware of same, (a) notify Landlord of (i) any material violation by Tenant, its employees, agents, representatives, customers, invitees or contractors of any Environmental Laws with respect to the Leased Premises, or (ii) the presence or suspected presence of any Hazardous Substances on, under or about the Leased Premises in violation of Environmental Laws, and (b) deliver to Landlord any written notice received by Tenant relating to (a)(i) and (a)(ii) above from any source. During the Lease Term and subsequently, upon Landlord’s request, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord all environmental documents that are reasonably required to demonstrate its compliance with Environmental Laws and with Tenant’s obligations under this Article 15, whether currently or hereafter existing.

Tenant shall provide all information in its possession, including executing affidavits, representations and the like reasonably requested by Landlord within twenty (20) days of Landlord’s request therefor concerning Tenant’s best knowledge and belief regarding the presence of any Hazardous Substances on, under or about the Leased Premises.

Tenant shall execute affidavits, representations within fifteen (15) days of Landlord's request therefor concerning Tenant's best knowledge and belief regarding the unpermitted presence of any Hazardous Substances on, under or about the Premises.
