Waiver of Liability of Landlord. Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant (or any subtenant, assignee, licensee or invitee of Tenant) for any injury or damage that may result to any person or property by or from any cause whatsoever, including, without limitation, water leakage of any character, gas, fire, oil, electricity or any other cause whatsoever, in, on or about the Premises or the Building or any part thereof, other than injury or damage resulting from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord.
