Waiver of Remedies for Delay in Delivery. Lessor shall not be liable to Lessee for any delay or failure in Delivery to Lessee which is an Excusable Delay. Pursuant to Section 10.3, Lessee’s only rights or remedies for a delay in delivery, or anticipated delay in delivery, of the Aircraft not caused or occasioned by a Default of Event of Default of Lessee are those rights and remedies provided for in Section 10.3.
