Common use of Waiver of Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Restrictions. a) An employee may request in writing to work hours beyond the daily maximum, additional evenings and/or weekends paid at straight time; in which case, the restrictions in Articles 14.01, 14.04 b) c), 14.05, and 14.07 do not apply.
