Common use of Waiver of Right of Redemption Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Right of Redemption. In the event Tenant is evicted or Landlord takes possession of the Premises by reason of any default by Tenant hereunder, Tenant hereby waives any right of redemption or relief from forfeiture as provided by law.
