Waiver of Rights to a Hearing or to Challenge Debt. In consideration of this Agreement, Respondent/Payor waives any right to a hearing or to challenge the debt, the alleged violation(s) or the amounts due as follows: RESPONDENT/PAYOR WAIVES: • Any right to challenge any of the OATH ECB Violation(s) listed on the attached Schedule A in any forum, including the right to seek to vacate the default judgments. • Any right to challenge or contest an underlying OATH ECB Violation. • Any rights to challenge or otherwise contest the fine amounts due. • Any defenses in connection with such violation(s) including any claims or defenses relating to failure to receive notice of such OATH ECB Violation. • Any claims that the judgments or debt have expired or are otherwise non-enforceable due to the expiration of a statute of limitations for ECB debt.
