Waiver of Statute. Tenant hereby waives the provisions of California Civil Code Section 1932, Subsection 2, and Section 1933, Subsection 4, and any other statute or court decision relating to the abatement or termination of a lease upon destruction of the Premises and the provisions of this Section shall govern in case of such destruction.
