Common use of Waiver of Statutes Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Statutes. The terms of this Lease shall govern the effect of any taking of the Premises. Landlord and Tenant hereby waive the provisions of California Code of Civil Procedure Section 1265.130 and any other present or future statute to the extent inconsistent herewith.
