Waiver of Statutory Provisions. Landlord and Tenant understand and agree that the provisions of this Paragraph 23 are intended to govern fully the rights and obligations of the parties in the event of a Taking of all or any portion of the Premises. Accordingly, the parties each hereby waives any right to terminate this Lease in whole or in part under Sections 1265.120 and 1265.130 of the California Code of Civil Procedure or under any similar Law now or hereafter in effect.
