Waiver of Statutory Rights Concerning Damage or Destruction. The provisions of this Lease, including, without limitation, Article XIV hereof, constitute an express agreement between Lessor and Lessee with respect to any and all damage to, or destruction of, all or any part of the Leased Property, and any statute or regulation of the State in which the Leased Property is located, including, without limitation, Sections 1932(2) and 1933(4) of the California Civil Code, with respect to any rights or obligations concerning damage or destruction in the absence of an express agreement between the parties, shall have no application to this Lease or any damage or destruction to all or any part of the Leased Property and Lessee hereby waives any and all rights it might otherwise have pursuant to any such statute or regulation, including, without limitation, Sections 1932(2) and 1933(4) of the California Civil Code.
