Waiver of Stop Payment Notice and Payment Bond Rights. The Design/Builder shall attach to each application for payment, a waiver of all stop payment notice and payment bond rights as provided in Civil Code sections 8132, 8134, 8136 or 8138, with respect to all amounts requisitioned up to and including the then current requisition from the Design/Builder, which waiver of lien and payment bond rights covers all amounts requisitioned from the Design/Builder's subcontractors and all tiers and suppliers. Design/Builder shall make available copies of similar waivers from its subcontractors of all tiers and suppliers.

  • Performance and Payment Bond Contractor shall post with County, not later than ten (10) days of the execution of this Agreement, a performance and payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total lump sum price in such form as is satisfactory to County.   • Stop Payment Rights If you have arranged in advance to make electronic fund transfers out of your account(s) for money you owe others, you may stop payment on preauthorized transfers from your account. You must notify us orally or in writing at any time up to three (3) business days before the scheduled date of the transfer. We may require written confirmation of the stop payment order to be made within 14 days of any oral notification. If we do not receive the written confirmation, the oral stop payment order shall cease to be binding 14 days after it has been made. A stop payment request may apply to a single transfer, multiple transfers, or all future transfers as directed by you, and will remain in effect unless you withdraw your request or all transfers subject to the request have been returned.
