Application for Payment definition

Application for Payment means Contractor’s monthly partial invoice for payment that includes any portion of the Work that has been completed for which an invoice has not been submitted and performed in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. The Application for Payment accurately reflects the progress of the Work, is itemized based on the Schedule of Values, bears the notarized signature of Contractor, and shall not include subcontracted items for which Contractor does not intend to pay.
Application for Payment means a written request submitted by Contractor to A/E for payment of Work completed in accordance with the Contract Documents and approved Schedule of Values, supported by such substantiating data as Owner or A/E may require.

  • In case of conflict between any time requirements in this paragraph and any time requirements for action by the Architect on Contractor’s Application for Payment contained in the State-Contractor Agreement, the time requirements contained in the State- Contractor Agreement shall control.

Application for Payment means the Trade Contractor’s monthly requisition for payment, if any, which shall be submitted on the form provided by the Authority.
