Waiver of Subrogation Endorsement Contractor and its insurer agree to waive their rights of subrogation for any payments made under this coverage. A policy endorsement at least as broad as the unmodified NCCI Waiver of Our Right to Recover From Others endorsement WC 00 03 13 04/84 or a substitute form providing equivalent coverage is required waiving the insurer’s right to recover payments from the City. Certificate of Insurance/Endorsements A certificate of insurance from an insurer with a Best's rating of no less than A- indicating compliance with the required coverages has been received by the Department’s Contracts Management Bureau, X.X. Xxx 000000, Xxxxxx, XX 00000. Contractor must notify the Department immediately of any material change in insurance coverage, such as changes in limits, coverages, change in status of policy, etc. The Department reserves the right to require complete copies of insurance policies at all times.

Non-Endorsement The Governing Board acknowledges that the granting of a Charter Agreement in no way represents or implies endorsement by the SCSB of any particular method used by the Charter School or its agents; nor does this Agreement constitute a guarantee by the SCSB of the success of the Charter School in providing a learning environment that shall improve student achievement.

Insurance Waiver Any of the terms or conditions of this Article 10 may be waived by the City’s Risk Manager in writing, signed by the Risk Manager, and attached to this Agreement as Appendix F. Such waiver is fully incorporated herein. The waiver shall waive only the requirements that are expressly identified and waived, and under such terms and conditions as stated in the waiver.
