Waiver of Terms and Conditions. The failure of either party to enforce any provisions of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of the party’s right to subsequently enforce and compel strict compliance with every provision of this agreement. These written terms and conditions supersede all previous arrangements and agreements whether they are written, oral or implied. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Spain and the Balearic Islands.
