Accordingly, the rights and remedies of Lessor and Lessee with respect to all acts or practices of the other, past, present, or future, in connection with this Lease shall be governed by legal principles other than the DTPA. Lessor and Lessee each hereby waives its rights under the DTPA, a law that gives consumers special rights and protections.
