Waiver of Tribal Court. Each of the Authority and the Tribe unconditionally and irrevocably waives the jurisdiction and right of any tribal court or forum, now or hereafter existing or created, to hear or resolve any Permitted Claim. Each of the Authority and the Tribe unconditionally and irrevocably waives the application of any rule or doctrine relating to the exhaustion of tribal remedies, abstention or comity that might otherwise require or permit a Permitted Claim to be heard or resolved (either initially or finally) in a tribal court or other tribal forum.
