Waiver or Amendment. No provision of this Guaranty or right of Company hereunder can be waived, nor can Guarantor be released from Guarantor’s duties hereunder, except by a writing duly executed by Company. This Guaranty may not be modified, amended, revised, revoked, terminated, changed, or varied in any way whatsoever except by the express terms of a writing duly executed by Company.
