Waiver or Deferral of Conditions Precedent. If any condition precedent specified in Section 7.1(a)(v) is not satisfied before Delivery, Lessor may, at its option, waive or defer satisfaction thereof on such terms and for such period as Lessor may determine and notify to Lessee in writing. If any condition precedent specified in Section 7.1(b)(iii) is not satisfied before Delivery, Lessee may, at its option, waive or defer satisfaction thereof on such terms and for such period as Lessee may determine and notify to Lessor in writing.
