Delivery Location and Timing. Lessor shall deliver the Aircraft in the condition required by this Lease to Lessee and Lessee shall accept the Aircraft when properly tendered under this Lease on the Delivery Date at the Delivery Location, whereupon the Lease Term shall commence.

Delivery Location and Timing. Lessor shall deliver the Aircraft in the condition required by this Lease to Lessee and Lessee shall accept the Aircraft under this Lease on the Scheduled Delivery Date at the Delivery Location. Delivery of the Aircraft to Lessee under this Lease shall occur immediately upon delivery of the Aircraft to Lessor by the Seller, whereupon the Lease Term shall commence. Lessor will promptly notify Lessee from time to time as Lessor is notified by the Seller of when the exact Scheduled Delivery Date is expected to occur, and in any event, Lessor shall deliver to Lessee any notices it receives from Seller within one (1) Business Day of the date Lessor receives such notices from Seller of the date of the exact Scheduled Delivery Date, and shall promptly advise Lessee if such Scheduled Delivery Date is required to be delayed (and, if a delay is required, Lessor shall advise Lessee of the revised Scheduled Delivery Date and shall keep Lessee reasonably fully advised of any developments in respect thereof).

  • Delivery Location The Aircraft shall be located at the agreed Delivery Location;

  • Delivery Schedule The scheduled months of delivery of the Aircraft are listed in the attached Table 1. Exhibit B describes certain responsibilities for both Customer and Boeing in order to accomplish the delivery of the Aircraft.

  • Delivery Pressure Seller shall be required to deliver or cause delivery of the Gas to the Point of Delivery and for delivering such Gas at a pressure sufficient to effect such delivery. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Seller shall have the right but not the obligation to install compression to effect deliveries of Gas hereunder.

  • Inspection and Testing 7.5.1 Meters, data acquisition, and related protection equipment at Generator's Interconnection Point shall be tested at least biennially by Generator in accordance with the provisions for meter testing as established in American National Standard Institute Code for Electricity Metering (ANSI) Standard C12.16 for Solid State Electricity Meters, as the same may be updated from time to time. Representatives of each Party shall be afforded an opportunity to witness such tests.

  • Delivery Points The measurement of and tests for quality of Shipper's Gas redelivered at the Delivery Points shall be governed by and determined in accordance with the requirements of the receiving pipeline at each Delivery Point.

  • Delivery Terms All Material prices are quoted on the basis of Free Carrier (FCA) delivery terms, without regard to the place from which such Material is shipped. The term “Free Carrier (FCA)” is as defined by publication n° 560 of the International Chamber of Commerce, published in January 2000.
