Waivers and Exceptions. No failure by Client to enforce any right or power granted under this Agreement, or to insist upon strict compliance by Contractor with this Agreement, and no custom or practice of Client at variance with the terms and conditions of this agreement shall constitute a general waiver of any future breach or default or affect the Client’s right to demand exact and strict compliance by Contractor with the terms and conditions of this Agreement

Waivers and Exceptions. ‌ The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to waive a breach of, or make an exception to, any provision of the Contract. Any waiver by the Company of a breach of any provision of the Contract or any exception made by the Company of any provision of the Contract must be in writing and will not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent or additional breach or an exception for any other Person. Any right or prerogative of the Company under the Contract may be exercised at the Company’s sole discretion. Any exception made by the Company, or any failure or delay by the Company in exercising any right or prerogative under the Contract will not operate as a future exception or waiver of that right or prerogative.

Waivers and Exceptions. A. Nothing in this Article shall be construed as limiting Management's authority to make temporary assignments of qualified personnel during emergencies or unusual operating conditions. However, such assignments shall not be extended beyond the period of emergency or unusual operating conditions. B. Whenever an employee performs duties outside of the normal duties of his/her position for the purpose of training or providing experience, written confirmation of such performance will be placed in the employee's personnel file upon request by the employee. Management shall designate a knowledgeable person to supervise said training or experience.

Waivers and Exceptions. Under certain circumstances, the CCO, in his or her sole discretion, may grant waivers or exceptions to this Code of Ethics. In general, waivers or exceptions may be granted only when the CCO reasonably determines that the requested waiver or exception will not pose an inappropriate or unmanageable conflict of interest in keeping with BSDR’s Conflicts Policy, will not negatively impact BSDR’s Mission, its ability to comply with its obligations under the CEA or the Regulations, and will not result in any material harm to a Reporting Entity or the public interest. If the CCO grants a waiver or exception, the CCO shall supervise the memorialization of pertinent information regarding the waiver or exception in BSDR’s Waiver and Exceptions Log.

Waivers and Exceptions. When the regular schedule is changed by mutual agreement, and the time off duty between shifts is less than the applicable time discussed above, the nurse may have the option of retaining the regular schedule at straight time. When a nurse requests to work with less than the applicable hours off between shifts discussed above, the 1 1/2 times the regular rate of pay may be waived. This section shall not apply to time spent on committee meetings, and standby and callback assignments performed pursuant to Section 11.7.

Waivers and Exceptions. Unless prior written licensing agency approval is received as specified in (b) below, all licensees shall maintain continuous compliance with the licensing regulations and operating standards.
