Waivers and Exceptions Sample Clauses
The Waivers and Exceptions clause defines the circumstances under which a party may intentionally relinquish a right or agree to an exception from the contract’s terms. In practice, this clause outlines the process for granting waivers, such as requiring written consent, and clarifies that a waiver of one provision or instance does not automatically apply to others. Its core function is to ensure that any deviations from the contract are deliberate and documented, thereby preventing misunderstandings and preserving the enforceability of the agreement’s terms.
