Waivers and remedies cumulative. The rights of the Pledgee under this Deed: (a) may be exercised as often as necessary; (b) are cumulative and not exclusive of its rights under the general law; and (c) may be waived only in writing and specifically. Delay in exercising or non-exercise of any right is not a waiver of that right.
