Waivers and remedies cumulative. (a) The rights and remedies of the Collateral Agent under this Agreement: (i) may be exercised as often as necessary; (ii) are cumulative and not exclusive of its rights under applicable law; and (iii) may be waived only in writing and specifically. (b) Delay in exercising, or non-exercise, of any right or remedy under this Agreement is not a waiver of that right or remedy.
