Common use of Waivers and Severability Clause in Contracts

Waivers and Severability. No waiver by either Party of any breach of any condition or agreement herein shall be construed to be a waiver of that condition or agreement or any subsequent breach thereof or of a covenant of this Agreement by such Party. Any term or provision of this Agreement which is invalid or unenforceable will be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability without rendering invalid or unenforceable the remaining rights of the party intended to be benefited by such provision or any other provisions of this Agreement.
