Common use of Waivers and Severability Clause in Contracts

Waivers and Severability. None of the provisions of this CRADA shall be considered waived by any party hereto unless such waiver is given in writing to all other parties. The failure of any party to insist upon strict performance of any of the terms and conditions hereof, or failure or delay to exercise any rights provided herein or by law, shall not be deemed a waiver of any rights of any party hereto. The illegality or invalidity of any provisions of this CRADA shall not impair, affect, or invalidate the other provisions of this CRADA.
