Waivers must be in Writing. No Transaction Document nor any provision hereof or thereof may be waived, amended or modified except pursuant to an agreement or agreements in writing entered into by SellersFunding and the Supplier or Guarantors that are parties thereto.

Waivers must be in Writing. If we omit to or do not exercise a right under this Agreement, then we have not waived or given up the right. We may exercise it at any later time. We only waive or give up our right if the waiver or consent is in writing and signed by us or our authorised agent or employee.
