Waivers of Conditions to Advances Sample Clauses

Waivers of Conditions to Advances. No waiver of any of the foregoing conditions to an Advance, or the making of an Advance by Lender notwithstanding the failure of any of the foregoing conditions to be met as of the date of such Advance, shall be deemed to constitute a waiver by Lender of any such conditions with respect to any future requested Advance.
