Waivers; Remedies. No delay on the part of any of either Party in exercising any right, power or privilege hereunder shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any waiver on the part of the either Party of any right, power or privilege hereunder operate as a waiver of any other right, power or privilege hereunder, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right, power or privilege hereunder preclude any other or further exercise of any other right, power or privilege hereunder. The rights and remedies herein provided are cumulative and are not exclusive of any rights or remedies which the parties hereto may otherwise have at law or in equity. In the event the Recipient is in breach of any provision of Applicable Law, or misuses the Award Amount funding in any way, it shall immediately, upon written demand from the County, repay all of the funds previously received pursuant to this Agreement.
