Common use of Walk-Through of Tenant Improvements Clause in Contracts

Walk-Through of Tenant Improvements. Within two (2) business days following the completion of the Tenant Improvements, Tenant shall notify Landlord and shall provide Landlord an opportunity to inspect the Tenant Improvements. Within ten (10) business days following Tenant’s notice, Landlord (or its representative) shall walk-through and inspect Tenant’s work on the Tenant Improvements and shall either approve Tenant’s work or advise Tenant in writing of any defects or uncompleted items. Tenant shall promptly repair such defects or uncompleted items to Landlord’s reasonable satisfaction. Landlord’s approval of the Tenant Improvements, or Landlord’s failure to advise Tenant of any defects or uncompleted items in the Tenant Improvements, shall not relieve Tenant of responsibility for constructing and installing the Tenant Improvements in accordance with the Construction Drawings, this Workletter and all applicable laws.
