Walk-Through; Punchlist. When Tenant reasonably determines the Tenant’s Work in the Expansion Premises to be Substantially Completed, Tenant will notify Landlord and, within three (3) business days thereafter, Xxxxxxxx’s representative and Tenant’s representative shall conduct a walk-through of the Expansion Premises and identify any necessary touch-up work, repairs and minor completion items that are necessary for final completion of the Tenant’s Work. Neither Landlord’s representative nor Xxxxxx’s representative shall unreasonably withhold his or her agreement on punchlist items. Tenant shall use reasonable efforts to cause the contractor performing the Tenant’s Work to complete all punchlist items within thirty (30) days after agreement thereon.
