Wallet Services. As part of your METAL X Account, METAL X will provide qualifying users access to a hosted METAL X Wallet(s) for holding Digital Assets(“METAL X Wallet”). A Metal X Wallet will be a custodial wallet, meaning that Metal will have control over the Digital Assets held in the Metal X Wallet and will have the ability and authority, upon a User’s instructions, to access and transfer the Digital Assets held in the Metal X Wallet. In addition, Metal will have the ability to independently take action in accordance with U.S. regulations, including BSA/AML regulations, and block/suspend the digital assets held in a User’s Metal X Wallet. For example, Metal will be authorized to block a withdrawal request by a User if the Company’s blockchain risk analysis monitoring system detects factors indicative of potential fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing.
Wallet Services. Provider may elect to provide parking customers with a virtual wallet (a “Wallet Program”). With a Wallet Program, parking customers would be required to prepay funds into a wallet account for the payment of future parking fees. The marketing and public relations services and materials, if any, provided by Passport and any optional marketing services, including associated fees, can be found in Exhibit C of this Agreement. The marketing services to be performed by Provider at Provider’s sole cost, if any, can be found in Exhibit D.
Wallet Services. We provide Users with a dashboard that will display the amount of supported cryptocurrencies and tokenised assets (“Virtual Assets”) as well as any fiat money held to their order (“Wallets”). The list of supported Virtual Assets is subject to change from time to time.
Wallet Services. As part of your Symbridge Account, Symbridge will provide account holders with access to: (a) a hosted Digital Asset wallet(s) for holding Digital Assets (“Digital Asset Wallet”), and (b) a hosted US Dollars ("USD") wallet for holding USD (a “USD Wallet”).
Wallet Services. The Credit Union supplies information securely to the Wallet provider. The Credit Union is not responsible for the Wallet. If your Wallet is not functioning properly, please contact the Wallet provider for assistance. You agree to hold us harmless for any issue regarding your use of the Wallet.
Wallet Services. As part of the Institutional Services through Client’s Platform Account, Client shall have access to (i) Digital Asset Wallets, and (ii) Fiat Wallets.
Wallet Services. As part of your ShortHop Account, Velocity will provide qualifying users access to an affiliated fiat currency wallet funded by a deposit account supported by an FDIC-insured bank (“USD Wallet”) and a Digital Asset wallet that is supported by a third-party Digital Asset custodian (“Digital Asset Wallet”).
Wallet Services. We provide Users with hosted wallets (“Wallets”) on which to store a number of supported cryptocurrencies and tokenised assets (collectively, “Virtual Assets”). The list of supported Virtual Assets is subject to change from time to time.
Wallet Services. As part of your Rocketplace Account, Rocketplace will provide qualifying users access to: (a) a hosted Digital Currency wallet(s) for holding Digital Currencies ("Digital Currency Wallet"), and (b) a hosted US Dollars (”USD”) wallet for holding USD (a "USD Wallet").
Wallet Services. As part of your AKB Fintech Account, will provide qualifying users access to: (a) a hosted Digital Currency wallet(s) for holding Digital Currencies (“Digital Currency Wallet”), and (b) a hosted US Dollars ("USD") wallet for holding USD (a “USD Wallet“).
