WALLS AND COLUMNS. Responsibility for debris removal, cleaning, and painting to keep CITY’s side of any wall structure or column free of debris, dirt, and graffiti shall not lie with STATE.
WALLS AND COLUMNS. 9.1. CITY is responsible for debris removal, cleaning, and painting to keep CITY's side of columns and Retaining Wall No. 1 free of debris, dirt, and graffiti.
9.2. CITY is responsible for Retaining Wall No. 2 and Retaining Wall No. 3 which are designed to be built in CITY right of way, act as part of the access control fence for STATE, and support the local roadway.
9.3. STATE is responsible for Retaining Wall No. 4 except CITY is responsible for aesthetic treatment on surface of retaining wall.
9.4. For STATE side of walls and columns, STATE will not guarantee the matching aesthetic colors or texture for each location that has been damaged or vandalized.
