Warehousing, Distribution and Storage of Donated Foods at the Distributing Agency Level; Federal Regulatory Requirements. In accordance with the federal regulatory provisions at 7 CFR §§ 250.12(a) through 250.12(f), which address the warehousing, distribution and storage of donated foods, the COUNTY and its designated Lead Agency agree that any facility used for the handling, storage and distribution of donated foods will meet the standards set forth in those subsections, which read in their entirety as follows:
