Common use of Warning – Boulevard Clause in Contracts

Warning – Boulevard. The Purchaser/Grantee of any Lot or Block is advised that the area of land lying between the travelled portion of the road and the property limit of the road allowance is municipal property known as the Boulevard, within the City’s jurisdiction and control. The Purchaser/Grantee of any Lot or Block is advised they are responsible for the maintenance of grass on any portion of the Boulevard abutting their property. The Boulevard shall be kept clean and clear and cannot be altered without express written permission from the City.
