Common use of Warrant Period Clause in Contracts

Warrant Period. This Warrant may be exercised, subject to the terms and conditions hereof, in whole or in part, at one time or from time to time during the period commencing on March 17, 2011 (the "Initial Date"), and for four (4) years thereafter.
