Warrant Replacement. 6.3.1 If an employee is issued an erroneous pay warrant, the employee shall notify the District and shall surrender the erroneous warrant. A replacement shall be issued within five (5) working days of the notification provided the County Office of Education, District Business Services Department can meet the timeframe. The District will notify the employee and issue the pay warrant as soon as possible.
