Common use of WARRANTIES AS TO THE RECEIVABLES IN THE AGGREGATE AND ACTIONS OF THE SELLER Clause in Contracts

WARRANTIES AS TO THE RECEIVABLES IN THE AGGREGATE AND ACTIONS OF THE SELLER. The Seller hereby makes the following warranties as to the Receivables conveyed by it to the Trust hereunder on which the Trustee shall rely in accepting the Trust Property in trust and authenticating the Certificates. Unless otherwise indicated, such warranties shall speak as of the Closing Date, but shall survive the sale, transfer, and assignment of the Receivables and the other Trust Property to the Trust.
